Ever wanted to grow up quickly and become an adult when you were a child? Well, we know the way and well, there's no need for a time machine - just some good ol' magic dust and magic words from a magazine. We invite you to pop your favourite childhood candy and prepare yourself for a rude awakening in the 2004 Bildungsroman film: 13 Going on 30. Come live out the thought experiment of a 13-year-old in which she deals with the crushing realisation that popularity can leave you spiritually bankrupt and that waking up with a naked stranger in your home isn't as sexy as it sounds. This is no Shakespearean comedy but it's got power, money, love, and of course, the good ol' Deus ex machina: marriage.
