Please Like What I Like is another movie discussion podcast, but give it a try. PLWIL works like a book club but with movies: we pick a different film every week (we try to stick with titles that are currently streaming somewhere), you watch the movie, then you listen to us talk about it. This means there is the slightest bit of homework before listening, but that homework is a film that at least one of us loves and highly recommends, and since everyone shows up having recently seen the thing, that means no drawn-out play-by-play synopses of basic plot details. The discussions tend to be chill and pleasant, and this could be a fun way to expand your horizons, get the most out of your streaming subscriptions, and really dive deep into the details of your hobby. Feel free to skip the episodes when you aren't interested in the film: this show does not necessitate listening in chronological order and hopefully we will be back next time with something more to your tastes. We are aiming for two episode releases per month, and distributing as widely as we can. We don't have a dedicated place for feedback and community-building yet (I will add information here when and if that changes), but for now, comments can be left on our youtube channel under each episode, and reviews wherever you are seeing the show listed will likely get back to us as well.
