I chat with your favorite celebrities, musicians, actors, reality TV stars, comedians, athletes, politicians, radio personalities, family members and more. You can also hear funny archived clips and celebrity interviews from my morning radio show 'The Get Up & Go Show' circa 2007-2017. I currently host afternoon drive weekdays 3-7P central on 92.5 KJJY, I'm heard nationwide every Saturday 10-3P eastern (on over 100 adult contemporary radio stations around the country) and every Sunday 12-7P central on 95 KGGO. I’m the Director of Programming and Operations for Cumulus Media-Des Moines which includes five radio stations in the cluster. I’m married with four children and one grandchild. I enjoy reading, live concerts, presidential history, and traveling. I’ve been a volunteer/part time/paid on call firefighter for over 20 years. I was a former artist manager/road manager/DJ for several national recording artists including: Jordan Knight and Danny Wood from New Kids on the Block, Jeff Timmons from 98 Degrees, Bryan Abrams from Color Me Badd and more. I've appeared in several reality TV shows including VH1's The Surreal Life, Bands Reunited, and Hit Me Baby One More Time. I also have a small cameo in the Lionsgate movie Killer Holiday playing a detective. One of my fondest and cherished accomplishments is co-writing a Billboard Adult Contemporary Top 12 hit in 2005/2006.
