Which apps work
One tap: the Overcast button on a movie's Follow panel.
On your phone, the Follow panel has a one-tap button. On this computer, copy the feed URL into the app's Add URL.

Paste the feed URL into the search box, on any device. One-tap buttons appear on your phone.
Library, then the ••• menu, then Follow a Show by URL. Paste the feed address.
These don't accept outside RSS feeds, so movie feeds won't work there.
Good for podcasters, by design. Each feed points at every show's own audio files, the same ones their normal feeds use. Playing an episode here counts in that show's own stats, like any other listen. IMPDB is a directory, not a re-host.
What's in a feed
The English, full-length episodes where the film is the primary topic. Deep dives, not name-checks. Each show is capped so no single podcast floods the feed, and your followed movies are always listed in My movies on your account. In your Letterboxd feed, shows you follow sort first, and shows you've hidden are left out entirely.
Power users: add ?segments=1 to a feed URL to include episodes where the movie is a major segment, or ?lang=es to change the language filter; several at once as lang=en,pl, or lang=all for every language. Signed in with languages picked on your account page? The Follow panel's URL already carries them. Once you're signed in, a followed movie's Follow panel shows your own personal feed URL instead of the shared one: it honours your language setting and any shows you've hidden, and stays current if you change either, with no ?lang= needed.
One feed for your whole Letterboxd diary
Rather than following films one at a time, connect your Letterboxd username on your account page and create your Letterboxd feed: a single subscription that carries the episodes about every film you log. Log a film tonight, and the podcasts about it are in your queue by the morning, dated by when you logged it, so your feed reads like your diary.
It uses your public Letterboxd RSS (the same one the homepage shelf reads), refreshes about every half hour, and applies your language setting. The feed URL is private to you, so reset it from your account page if it ever leaks. The same ?segments=1 and ?lang= switches work on it.
Not every film you log deserves a podcast. Skip one from its movie page and its episodes drop out of this feed, rewatches included; the film still shows on your homepage shelf, marked as skipped. Set a rating floor on your account page and anything you rated below it stays out too; unrated films always count as in. Details on the features page.
