Happy Independence Day! If you were born and raised in Appalachian America, would you be proud to be called a Hillbilly? Welcome, Strangers. This week, to celebrate our nation's independence and the truly diverse cultures our nation represents, The Crew descended from hills with their favorite distilled beverages to flap their jaws about an eye-opening documentary called Hillbilly. Hillbilly examines the iconic image in media and culture and explores more than 100 years of media representation of mountain and rural communities. Local Pro-Wrestling Superstar and self-proclaimed "country boy" Moonshine Russell joins Jeff, Brice, and Matt to discuss this excellent documentary.
