The crew watch Corman's 1960 "The House of Usher" from the backyard Drive-In of the Deep Dark Lounge. Curiously, while the overheard air traffic and passing cars were loud enough, the murderous computer HAL Jr. was noticeably quiet . . . should we be concerned? In honor of star Vincent Price's role as America's (literal) arbiter of taste, everybody made a dish to share and Scott made "Vincent Price's New Fashioned Cocktail". Yum. Vincent Price’s New Fashioned Cocktail 1 lump of sugar 3 dashes Angostura bitters 1 1/2 ounces light Canadian whiskey Splash of club soda 1 twist lemon 1 cherry Place the sugar in a glass. Add the bitters and club soda, then stir with a spoon to dissolve the sugar. Add the whiskey, ice cube and garnish with the twist and the cherry.
