This week, the Grue-crew tackles a Black Saint recommendation, DARK WAS THE NIGHT . The creature feature, from director Jack Heller, features Kevin Durand and Lukas Haas in lead roles playing a sheriff and deputy facing a horrifying, dangerous and hungry threat bearing down on their small town. Thomas dishes a new plate of HORROR NEWS OF THE WEEK with the news about the passing of Rowdy Roddy Piper, the new Deadpool trailer and a possible Five Nights at Freddy's film. In the What Have You Been Watching, Thomas gives us an in-depth look at the latest Tom Cruise flick, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: ROGUE NATION . The Black Saint praises the character driven plot and the actors that bring the film to life. Doc and Thomas are less impressed but praise Durand agreeing that they want to see more from this terrific actor. In Doc's opinion, the creature effect have him longing for the days of Pumpkinhead and the like - perhaps, he's a bit too curmudgeon. What Have You Been Watching: Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation (2015) Thomas steps in to discuss the top movie at the box this weekend, Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation . He discusses how the film holds up in comparison to other MI entries and praises the actress Rebecca Ferguson as a break-out star.
