The movie
Show notes
"I was just blown away by how sh*t yet how good it is at the same time, it is phenomenal"-Chris. Aaron and Chris from 'Semi-Skeptic' podcast introduce Sean to Lamberto Bava's Demons (original title Demoni). Warning: This podcast gets rather sweary. Discussion Points: -Aaron and Chris are brutally honest about why they chose this film. -Aaron thinks this film ranks better than The Shawshank Redemption (1994). -Sean does his best to lay-out the plot of the film. -The amazing soundtrack by Claudio Simonetti. -Sean had issues with the pacing of the film, but applauds the practical effects. -Do not use this film for pick-up tips. -The state of modern horror. Raised Questions: -Would you rather have brutally honest podcasters? -Is 'Tony the Pimp' a legend? -Did Scream 2 rip-off this film? -Are they pumping pheremones into this cinema? -Why did the Coca-Cola scene cause so much controversy? -Why won't we see Demons (1985) at the Cannes Film Festival? -Are there too many podcasts?
