The movie
Show notes
Do you read Sutter Cane? This week, we start by explaining some changes we’re trialing to the format of the show. Then, for our only movie this week, we’re joined by musician/comedian/friend of the show Mike Yaeger (@zombiesarejerks on insta) to pay tribute to the late great Sam Neill by discussing the late period John Carpenter banger “In The Mouth of Madness”. Topics covered include: the Temu “Enter Sandman” theme song, is the female lead in this movie actually any good at acting, what’s up with Sam Neill’s accent, and would this movie have been better with Samuel L Jackson. We also tell some stories from Mike and Chuck’s time in a band together. Thanks so much for listening! If you dig it, maybe consider being awesome and telling a friend.
