Although stuntmen did most of the underwater work, Elvis Presley, cast as Navy frogman Ted Jackson, whose job it was to diffuse sunken mines, still had alot of scenes in and around water in 1967's Easy Come, Easy Go. This necessitated being clothed head to toe in scuba gear and getting wet occasionally - two things Elvis was not a fan of.
