Eric, Jeff, Styles and Sheek got together in Yonkers to break down Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the 2004 science fiction romantic comedy-drama film directed by Michel Gondry, written by Charlie Kaufman and starring Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet. We discussed fate, the morals around mental erasure, whether we believe in time travel, how this story changes if Jim Carrey's character is Joell instead of Joel, why the internet loves this film so much, how much memory-erasure costs, what this movie says about commitment, whether Kate Winslet came on too hard at the beginning, why Jim Carrey's character needed a 30-min limit on crying and getting over his relationship, and SO MUCH MORE!!!
